Portfolio Relationship Manager

Your Role at CredAble

• Manage end-to-end borrower relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the portfolio lifecycle.
• Handle borrower communication, including upcoming EMI reminders, overdue follow-ups, SMA reporting, and other organization-related communications.
• Manage online leads and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
• Resolve customer requests and support tickets within defined service timelines.
• Maintain and update portfolio MIS reports, including Complaint & Request MIS, Renewal MIS, Login-to-Sanction TAT, Sanction-to-Agreement TAT, Throughput Rate, and Hotlist Clearance.
• Support Operational Risk Management (ORM), CIC reporting, and Early Warning Signal (EWS) activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate routine operational processes and improve efficiency.
• Collate and monitor daily funding requirements for borrowers.
• Track overdue cases, initiate timely follow-ups, and notify relevant stakeholders.
• Drive borrower utilization of sanctioned credit facilities.
• Ensure revenue generation through timely collection of processing fees, charges, and other applicable fees.
• Provide timely clarifications and support on borrower credit and financing requirements.
• Ensure timely renewal of borrower facilities to maintain business continuity.
• Conduct borrower site visits whenever required to strengthen relationships and support portfolio management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth portfolio operations and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational processes, and service quality standards.
