We are looking for an experienced real estate professional with 4–8+ years of experience in real estate sales and a minimum of 2 years of team handling experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of Client Advisors, and ensuring business targets are achieved.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of Client Advisors assisting customers in purchasing new homes.

* Ensure all leads are effectively worked upon and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

* Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and team performance metrics.

* Monitor and improve sales conversion rates through regular reviews and coaching.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners.

* Participate in field visits and support the team in driving sales closures.

* Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans for the assigned cluster.

* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

* Analyze business challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

* Share regular performance updates and business insights with senior management.

* Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
