Job Description
The Area HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for all HR activities to the retail
team within a designated area.
Area HRBP will support the Area to have Great Teams by ensuring right people on board in
the right positions. Area HRBP makes sure that the respective Area actively works with
succession planning, talent, leadership development and structured performance
management based on results, values and leadership.
Area HRBP will ensure Kushal's offer all employees fair, transparent and attractive working
conditions and that all employee relation responsibilities, compliances and company
policies are fulfilled to meet the expectations of customers and employees.
Area HRBP will be responsible to implementing HR strategy to deliver a Great Customer
Key Responsibilities
Experience in line with the Area and Company goals.
Attract & Recruit
- Coordinate with central recruitment team, take interview, test, and select employees
to fill vacant positions across all levels in stores till Cluster Manager for your
respective Area.
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an
effective manner.
Onboarding, Training & Probation Review
- Ensure 100% completion of Induction training of all New Joinees as per defined
timelines.
- All mandatory trainings of all New Joinees to be completed within the defined
timelines.
- Monitor and analyse Area training needs, share training need with L&D Manager
(HO).
- Ensure 100% quality review discussion during probation period of New Joinees.
Performance Management & Development
- Monitor and ensure Area Team and Store manager work with structured
performance management in Stores and Area.
- Together with Area manager ensure all employees post mid-year and annual
performance review should have clear development plan or improvement plan.
- Oversee Area's internal talent pipeline and support company talent needs across all
regions.
Great Work Environment
- Implement and follow-up company policies.
- Act as first and neutral escalation point for employees of your Area and coach Store
Managers, Cluster Managers and Area Managers to prevent and resolve employee-
related issues.
- Drive R&R program in Area & Stores.
- Execute engagement activities in Area and Stores.
- Ensure 100% Store and Area Compliances are met.
- Promote a positive work environment and culture.
