Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment expertise to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Designation - Executive / Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across departments. • Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create appropriate recruitment strategies. • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks. • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews. • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements. • Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness. • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best recruitment practices.
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any field. • 1-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Good negotiation and relationship management abilities.
