Job Title: Senior Associate, Analyst Relations

Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-level professional with a strong track record in B2B strategic communications or corporate analyst relations. In this role, you will manage briefing logistics, handle inquiry pipelines, and support core deliverables to strengthen our positioning with global research and advisory firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the analyst inquiry and briefing pipeline, ensuring timely scheduling, preparation, and follow-ups.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal domain experts, solutioning teams, and business leaders to align capabilities with analyst research agendas.
• Core Deliverables Support: Assist in drafting research submissions, reviewing evaluation drafts, and maintaining updated collateral for major analyst evaluations (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, ISG, Everest Group, HFS).
• Intelligence Gathering: Monitor analyst research calendars, tracking coverage, reports, and competitive movements to identify strategic briefing opportunities.
• Logistics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics, manage the repository of analyst interactions, and help build performance reports for internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B corporate communications, public relations, or industry analyst relations (preferred).
• Familiarity with major analyst firm methodologies and evaluation cycles is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of tech services, data analytics, or the broader B2B technology landscape.
• Proven organizational skills with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder project timelines.
