Python full stack / React trainer & faculty

The Trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training to first-year B.Tech students, helping them build strong foundations in:

• Python Programming Basics
• Python Data Structures & Problem Solving
• ReactJS Development
• Frontend Development Fundamentals
• Real-Time Project Development Practices
• Industry Best Practices and Career Readiness

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and a passion for mentoring and inspiring students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Python and ReactJS.
• Design and execute structured learning plans aligned with university curriculum and industry standards.
• Teach Python fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Train students in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Conduct coding labs, hands-on exercises, assignments, and mini-projects.
• Mentor students on coding standards, debugging techniques, and software development practices.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
• Guide students in developing portfolio projects and preparing for internships and placements.
• Collaborate with university faculty and academic coordinators for smooth program delivery.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Good understanding of Python Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to Full Stack Development is highly preferred.
