You will play an essential role in the automation and visualization of critical deliverables of the Charlotte Generator Order Management team inclusive.

How You’ll Make an Impact.

• Process Analysis and Automation Strategy Analyze existing order management workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and key opportunities for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the Generator design, production, and dispatch workstreams to gather business requirements and define the scope for automation projects.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed automation initiatives, quantifying potential efficiency improvements.
• Design and document optimized, future-state automated processes and workflows. Automation Solution Development and Management Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using appropriate tools and scripting languages.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automation projects independently, from conception through to implementation and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide training and overview of automation solutions to Order Management team.

What You Bring.

• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient with computers, especially the use of SAP, with 4+ years of SAP experience.
• Proficient with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• 4 years of successful experience in a related field. Multitasking: Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Communication Skills: Good communication skills with local and international colleagues.
• Work Style: Independent, but team-oriented work style. Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done on time, with high quality and minimal direct supervision.
• Skills: Expert written, verbal, mathematical, and interpersonal skills are a must.
