Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and support functions.
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads. Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard candidates.
Ensure timely hiring and a smooth candidate experience.
Core HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee welfare initiatives. Performance Management
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, mid year and annual performance reviews.
Coordinate appraisal cycles and performance calibration.
Support managers in employee development and performance improvement initiatives. Learning & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews and competency mapping.
Organize technical, behavioral, and leadership training programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.
Employee Engagement
Plan and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.
Handle employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
Support employee retention initiatives. HR Analytics & MIS
Prepare monthly HR reports, dashboards, and MIS.
Support leadership with HR insights for decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
7+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Training & Development.
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
