Business Development Manager (Remote)
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive outbound customer acquisition for our luxury packaging portfolio. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers at premium global brands, and building a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and consultative selling.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to uncover customer needs, share market insights, and help grow our presence across the luxury Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, and Jewelry industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and prospect new business opportunities across luxury Beauty, Fashion, Hospitality, and Jewelry sectors.
Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs, pain points, and purchasing processes.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy outbound sales pipeline from initial outreach through qualification.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Procurement, and Brand teams.
Perform market mapping and account research to identify target companies and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and support business growth strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track outreach activities, and monitor pipeline performance.
Represent the company professionally while delivering a consultative, customer-focused sales experience.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in outbound business development, sales prospecting, lead generation, or management consulting with significant client-facing responsibilities.
Demonstrated success generating qualified business opportunities through cold outreach and consultative selling.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing a structured sales pipeline and working toward measurable business development targets.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned with German business hours.
Experience with CRM platforms, Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
Exposure to luxury brands, premium consumer products, packaging, merchandising, or related industries is an advantage.
