Role Purpose

The Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the global delivery organisation across AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, Cybersecurity, Application Development, Test Engineering, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services. The role drives profitable growth, customer success, operational excellence, and innovation while owning Delivery P&L and enterprise transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership: Define and execute enterprise delivery strategy; lead organisational transformation; represent delivery at board level.
• Commercial & P&L Management: Own revenue, gross margin, EBITDA; optimise delivery costs; govern project financials.
• Revenue Growth: Expand strategic accounts; drive managed services growth; sponsor executive client opportunities.
• Customer Success: Strengthen executive client relationships; improve NPS and retention; resolve escalations.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery across all service lines; embed SLA compliance and risk mitigation.
• Governance & Operations: Establish PMO leadership, portfolio governance, resource optimisation, and delivery automation.
• Innovation & AI Transformation: Lead adoption of AI‑enabled delivery, generative AI, DevOps, and cloud‑native engineering.
• People Leadership: Build a high‑performing global workforce; drive leadership development, succession planning, and diversity.

Required Skills & Experience

• 20+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation.
• Minimum 8 years in executive delivery leadership with proven P&L ownership.
• Experience leading global delivery organisations and multi‑million‑dollar portfolios.
• Strong expertise in AI, Cloud, Salesforce, Data Engineering, Application Development, Test Engineering, and Managed Services.
• Executive presence with strategic leadership, commercial acumen, and customer‑centric mindset.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, SAFe, or Scrum certifications advantageous.
