Copywriter

About the Role

We're looking for a culturally plugged-in Beauty Copywriter who lives and breathes beauty, skincare, makeup, lifestyle, and internet culture. You'll be responsible for creating compelling copy and breakthrough campaign ideas that resonate with modern consumers across digital and social platforms.

This role goes beyond writing captions—we're looking for someone who can think strategically, craft integrated campaigns, identify cultural moments, and collaborate with creators and influencers to build impactful brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging copy across social media, digital campaigns, films, influencer content, websites, and other marketing assets.
• Conceptualize and execute integrated campaigns for beauty, skincare, makeup, and lifestyle brands.
• Work closely with creative, strategy, design, and account management teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.
• Create culturally relevant content by leveraging social media trends, memes, and internet conversations.
• Collaborate on influencer-first campaigns and identify opportunities to amplify brand storytelling through creators.
• Write compelling campaign narratives, scripts, taglines, product launches, and brand messaging.
• React quickly to trending moments and produce high-quality creative content in real time.
• Ensure all copy aligns with the brand's tone of voice while maintaining accuracy, grammar, and creative excellence.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
• Prior experience working on beauty, skincare, makeup, lifestyle, or glam brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, digital campaigns, integrated campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Experience working on influencer-led campaigns and creator collaborations.
• Proven ability to handle large, well-known brands and develop campaigns at scale.
• Deep understanding of internet culture, creator ecosystems, social media trends, and meme culture.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to generate witty, culturally relevant, and insight-driven ideas.
• Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and grammar skills.
• Highly proactive, fast-paced, and comfortable responding to real-time opportunities and trends.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with leading beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, influencer, and offline touchpoints.
• Familiarity with emerging creator platforms and evolving consumer behavior within the beauty ecosystem.
