Chief Accounting Officer

Lead all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, direct and indirect taxation, and accounting standards.

Manage internal and external audits and resolve audit observations.

Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks.

Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital.

Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team.

Drive ERP implementation, accounting automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting leadership role.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
