ServiceNow SecOps Lead / Technical Lead

The ServiceNow SecOps Lead will drive the design, implementation, and governance of Security Operations solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves leading technical teams, engaging stakeholders, architecting enterprise-scale solutions, and ensuring successful delivery of SecOps initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SecOps programs.
• Define architecture, solution design, and integration strategies.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for Security Operations capabilities.
• Lead teams of developers, administrators, and consultants.
• Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and governance checks.
• Drive implementation of:
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Threat Intelligence
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM) integrations
• Collaborate with Security, SOC, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Define roadmaps, release plans, and platform standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications and executive reporting.
• Ensure best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and performance.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation, and technical proposals.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Experience integrating security tools, SIEMs, and vulnerability scanners.
• Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ATF, and CMDB.
• Understanding of NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, and vulnerability management processes.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing Agile delivery teams.
