Job Title: Sales Executive Outstation Sales (Footwear Industry)

Experience: 1 2 Years Location: KOLKATA BANTHALA (with outstation travel)

About the Role

We're hiring a Sales Executive who will travel to different markets for 10 15 days at a stretch to grow sales through dealers and retailers. Experience in footwear sales is a plus; orthopedic/comfort footwear experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned markets and stay 10 15 days per trip for sales
• Build and manage relationships with retailers and distributors
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Track competitors and spot new business opportunities
• Share regular sales reports with the manager

Requirements

• Graduate, any discipline
• 1 2 years of field/outstation sales experience
• Footwear industry experience preferred; orthopedic footwear a plus
• Willing to travel and stay outstation for 10 15 days at a time
• Good communication skills, self-motivated, target-driven
