Job Title: Designer (3D & 2D Production Artwork)

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Designer (3D & 2D Production Artwork) to create production-ready artwork and 3D models for awards, trophies, and customized gift products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both 3D modeling and 2D vector artwork, ensuring accurate, high-quality files that can be directly used by the manufacturing team. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work efficiently in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D models for awards, trophies, and customized products using industry-standard 3D design software.
  

• Design 2D vector artwork using CorelDRAW, including logos, engraving layouts, print-ready artwork, and production graphics.
  

• Prepare accurate, production-ready files for manufacturing, engraving, printing, and CNC processes.
  

• Interpret design briefs and convert customer requirements into precise production artwork.
  

• Ensure all artwork meets company quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
  

• Release finalized production files to the manufacturing team with minimal revisions.
  

• Maintain accuracy while delivering artwork within tight production timelines.
  

• Collaborate closely with sales coordinators and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve design queries.
  

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in 3D and 2D production artwork or product design.
  

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW for vector artwork creation.
  

• Hands-on experience with one or more 3D design tools such as Rhino, Blender, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, or similar software.
  

• Experience preparing files for manufacturing, engraving, printing, CNC, or production environments is highly preferred.
  

• Strong understanding of dimensions, layouts, production standards, and file preparation.
  

• Ability to understand design briefs and translate them into accurate production files.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in awards, trophies, signage, engraving, printing, gifting, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
  

• Familiarity with production workflows and manufacturing processes.

Requirements
Required Skills & Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Experience with DaVinci Resolve (colour grading knowledge is an added advantage) Advanced skills in motion graphics and animation Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual composition Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as: Runway ML, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, Synthesia, Veed.io, Descript, or similar Ability to create templates, reusable project structures, and custom motion graphics packages Solid knowledge of codecs, export settings, and file management best practices
