About the project

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Examination Manager in Kochi to support the ongoing development of our local operations.

This role combines administrative, operational, and organizational responsibilities, enabling you to make a significant contribution to delivering a reliable and efficient examination infrastructure that supports successful learning journeys and certification pathways.

Your role

• Plan, organize, and oversee the complete examination cycle, that means:
• Develop and maintain examination schedules
• Coordinate examination logistics, including venues, invigilators, materials, and technical resources
• Ensure examinations comply with institutional regulations, accreditation standards, and applicable legal requirements
• Develop, review, and improve examination policies and procedures

Your profile

• Proven work experience in Operations or project management positions
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• German language skills on B2 level.
• Strong communication skills and intercultural competence
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• Based in Kochi
