Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets for the Floor Coatings division.
  
• Develop business through dealers, project sales, institutional customers, and key accounts.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial customers.
  
• Identify new project opportunities and convert them into business.
  
• Manage dealer/channel network and expand market coverage.
  
• Ensure timely collections and deliver excellent customer support.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Protective Coatings, Industrial Coatings, or Floor Coatings.
  
• Strong experience in Dealer Management, Project Sales, Institutional Sales, and Key Account Management.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  
• Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
