Job description
Job Description
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned sales territory. • Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to potential clients. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service. • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans to management.

Requirements

• Proven 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
• A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude.
