Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – US Staffing Experience: 5+ Years Location: India/Remote Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in US staffing, specializing in VMS/MSP accounts, client acquisition, and account growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients/MSPs, and farming existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Acquire new direct clients. - Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. - Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase revenue and account penetration. - Must have US staffing experience. - Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts, rate cards, and staffing agreements. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
