Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for someone who can design and edit, and who has already made AI part of how they work.

This is not a role where you wait for a brief, execute it, and wait for the next one. You will own the visual output of the brand end to end: static creatives, product visuals, ad variations, short-form video, and everything in between. We ship fast and we test a lot. If you like volume, iteration, and seeing your work run as live ads within 48 hours, you will enjoy this.

You will work directly with the founder. Short feedback loops, no layers, real ownership.

What you will do

• Design ad creatives, social posts, banners, and product graphics across Meta, Instagram, and Google
• Edit short-form vertical video for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including hooks, captions, sound design, and pacing
• Produce multiple variants of a single concept for A/B and creative testing, not one polished asset per week
• Use AI tools to speed up production: image generation, background removal and replacement, upscaling, AI voiceover, auto-captioning, and AI-assisted rough cuts
• Turn raw creator and UGC footage into ad-ready edits
• Build and maintain design templates and a reusable asset library so output scales without quality dropping
• Keep every asset on brand: colour, type, spacing, tone
• Work with the performance marketing side to understand which creatives are winning and why, then make more of what works

What we are looking for

Must have

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design and video editing (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Figma
• Strong command of Premiere Pro or CapCut, and After Effects for motion and text animation
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real production work, for example Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Topaz, or similar
• Genuine understanding of short-form video: hooks, retention, pacing, and why a viewer stops scrolling
• A portfolio. This matters more than your CV.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for paid performance campaigns, not just organic content
• Product photography or basic on-set shooting ability
• Familiarity with e-commerce and D2C brand visuals
• Basic 3D or product rendering
• Understanding of platform ad specs and policies
