Associate – IT Infrastructure & Systems

Job Description
We are looking for an Associate – IT Infrastructure & Systems who enjoys solving IT problems, maintaining secure access, and ensuring employees have everything they need to work efficiently.

As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for managing employee laptops, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware inventory, user access, software licenses, vendor coordination, and IT documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare laptops, software, and accounts for new employees.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Manage Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and permissions.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Maintain hardware inventory and asset records.
• Track software licenses and subscriptions.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for procurement and repairs.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Track IT tickets until closure.
• Create and maintain SOPs and IT documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field.
• Good understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of user access and permission management.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong ownership and follow-up skills.
• Microsoft certifications will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
