Job Description

We are hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed cafe in Oman. Candidates should have excellent coffee-making skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and other hot & cold beverages to high quality standards.
  
• Ensure consistency in beverage taste, presentation, and quality.
  
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  
• Operate the cash register and handle cashiering activities accurately.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
  
• Follow company standards for food safety and hygiene.
  
• Manage customer orders efficiently during busy hours.
  
• Maintain stock levels and report inventory requirements.
  

Salary: 50K-60K INR Per Month

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista in a cafe, restaurant, or coffee shop.
  
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  
• Basic cashiering and accounting knowledge.
  
• Ability to prepare beverages quickly without compromising quality.
  
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy.
  
• Age: 23–40 years
