Senior Executive - Social Analytics

Role Overview :

As the Senior Executive - Social Analytics & Community Management is responsible

for driving social media analytics, reporting, community engagement, and social listening to

support business objectives. This role focuses on transforming social media data into actionable

insights, monitoring brand performance, managing customer interactions, and partnering with

cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and optimize social media performance

across owned channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Performance Reporting: Extract, analyze, and interpret social media data to prepare weekly, monthly, campaign, and ad hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Social Media Analytics: Track and report key organic and paid performance metrics including Reach, Views, Engagement, Followers, Engagement Rate, and campaign performance.
• Dashboard & Tracker Management: Maintain dashboards and trackers for campaigns, brand portfolios, influencer collaborations, and ongoing performance metrics.
• Actionable Recommendations: Translate performance data into strategic recommendations to improve content effectiveness, audience engagement, and campaign outcomes.
• Community Management: Manage engagement across social media platforms, ensuring timely, high-quality responses while maintaining the brand's tone of voice and customer experience standards.
• Social Listening & Insights: Monitor conversations using Konnect Insights (or similar tools) to identify customer sentiment, emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential issues requiring action.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Brand, Customer Support, and Operations teams to resolve customer queries, manage escalations, and ensure consistent communication.
• Marketing Customer Support Liaison: Coordinate campaign briefs, response guidelines, and communication updates between Marketing and Customer Support teams.
• Business Reviews: Support internal business reviews with accurate reporting, performance analysis, key learnings, and actionable insights.
• Tools & Process Management: Leverage Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and social listening/reporting platforms to streamline analytics and operational workflows.

Knowledge and Skill / Qualification Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Marketing/ Digital Marketing
• 1 to 4 years of experience in social media analytics, community management, digital marketing, reporting or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and dashboar creation.
• Hands-on experience with social listening platforms such as Konnect Insights is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
