SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant

We are currently seeking a SAP FICO / FSCM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Support Record-to-Report processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Bank Accounting, and FSCM components such as Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management. Perform configuration changes, reconciliation, and month-end support.

Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
Support deployment activities and transport management.
Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
Ability work in Shifts supporting Multiple Regional Support
