Procurement Executive

Location:Infopark, Kakkanad Kerala
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: 2–4 years in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory)
procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month


The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and international purchasing. Candidates with procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) and knowledge of IT hardware and electronics sourcing will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Manage online bidding activities and develop new vendor relationships.
  
• Analyze customer RFQs and identify product requirements.
  
• Prepare accurate costing and technical quotation packages.
  
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supplier contracts.
  
• Coordinate logistics by evaluating freight costs and selecting suitable shipment methods.
  
• Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations, including taxes, duties, and import/export requirements.
  
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while evaluating vendor performance and onboarding new suppliers.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Procurement/Sourcing (Mandatory).
  
• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in Dubai (UAE) is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, vendor development, and supplier management.
  
• Good market knowledge of IT hardware and electronic products.
  
• Experience handling RFQs, vendor negotiations, and international procurement.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  
• High attention to detail with accuracy in costing and documentation.
