Job Purpose: The Admin / Facility specialist will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and facility management of the company. This role ensures smooth functioning of office infrastructure, compliance with safety standards, vendor management. Key Responsibilities Manage front office, reception, mailroom, and administrative support functions. Act as the central point of coordination for all office operations, ensuring a well-organized, productive, and professional environment. Oversee office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities. Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. Negotiate contracts, manage service providers, and ensure timely delivery of services. Prepare and monitor budgets for administration and facility operations. Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety norms, and fire safety protocols. Maintain inventory of office equipment, furniture, and IT hardware. Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and employee travel. Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or related field. 6-8 years in administration or facility management roles. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record in managing finance, HR coordination, and operational logistics.
