We’re Hiring || Manager (Mumbai) - Process: Sales & Solutions - Designation - Consulting & Solutioning Manager - Shifts: General Shift (Day) - Working Days: 5 days a week, 2 week offs - Location - Thane (But need to travel to Malad Site - when required) - Education - Graduation (Mandatory) Experience Required- - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solutions / Presales role (BPO/ITES industry) - Experience in handling RFP/RFI responses and client presentations - Exposure to solution design, pricing, and deal support is mandatory - Exposure to digital transformation and automation-led solutioning. Responsibilities: Solutioning & Proposal Development - Understand client requirements (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and translate them into scalable solutions - Design end-to-end solutions covering process, technology, staffing, pricing, and transition approach - Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and commercial models - Collaborate with operations, Recruitment, Training, Quality finance, HR, and IT teams for solution inputs. Presales Support - Partner with Sales/Business Development teams to support deal pursuits - Participate in client calls, workshops, and site visits to gather requirements - Deliver impactful client presentations, solution walk-throughs, and value propositions - Support negotiations and closure of deals Pricing & Commercials - Have an understanding of various pricing models (FTE-based, transaction-based, hybrid models) - Ensure solution meets client expectations while maintaining profitability - Conduct benchmarking and costing analysis Market & Industry Insights - Stay updated on BPO trends, emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) - Support creation of solution offerings and capability decks - Contribute to thought leadership and differentiation strategies Transition Support - Work with operations and transition teams to ensure smooth deal handover - Provide inputs to transition planning and solution validation Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong understanding of BPO/ITES processes - Excellent solutioning and analytical skills - Strong commercial acumen and pricing expertise - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple bids and tight timelines - Stakeholder management and collaboration skills - Knowledge of automation/digital tools (RPA, AI, analytics) is a plus. - Interested candidates can connect with- - Simran Rana (HR) - 9137514621 - Or can share resume on simran.rana1@teleperformancedibs.com
