Job Responsibilities - Lead the preparation and development of architectural design and construction drawings. - Analyze project requirements and participate in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design development. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and consultants. - Review architectural and engineering alternatives, drawings, reports, and specifications. - Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and company graphical standards. - Prepare complete architectural construction documentation and specifications. - Coordinate façade design, building systems, accessibility, and fire & life safety requirements. - Mentor and guide junior team members while ensuring technical excellence. Required Qualifications & Skills - Strong architectural and technical design awareness. - Knowledge of international building codes, fire & life safety, accessibility, acoustics, façade systems, and material specifications. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Excellent command of English language. - Ability to work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment. Software Skills - Advanced proficiency in Revit. - Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Additional knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navisworks will be an added advantage. Education & Experience - B.Arch. and/or M.Arch. from a reputed institution. - 8–25 years of relevant professional experience with strong technical competency.
