Position: Manager – Special Accounts (On Premise) - Pune As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand presence across high-end bars, premium restaurants, starred hotels, clubs, and other prestigious on-premise venues. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and manage relationships with premium on-premise accounts ✔ Drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth across key outlets ✔ Execute sales and promotional strategies to increase market share ✔ Plan and deliver impactful brand activations and consumer engagement programs ✔ Train and educate bartenders, servers, and venue teams on our brands ✔ Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences ✔ Analyze sales performance and provide actionable market insights What We're Looking For: ✅ Strong experience in the Alcobev industry ✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills ✅ Passion for premium brands and consumer experiences ✅ Willingness to travel extensively and work during events and late evenings when required If you're excited about building iconic brands in India's premium spirits landscape, we'd love to hear from you. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated resume at pooja@abdmaestro.com
