Job Type: Internship (2 months)

About the Role: We are hiring an intern as an Executive for the Fruits & Vegetables (F&V) segment to manage supply chain operations, procurement and man management. This role is for students who are in the 4th year of their B.Sc. Ag (Hons.) course and are searching for AIA (AgroIndustrial Attachment) internship opportunities or any recent graduates in agriculture.
This role also offers a great opportunity to work closely with hydroponic producers, suppliers, and our clients like Blinkit, Zepto, Reliance, Bigbasket, etc. in real time to ensure smooth operations and business growth. Key responsibilities & learnings - Work & learn how to manage supply chain & logistics for hydroponic produce, ensuring optimum cold chain packaging for minimal wastage and timely deliveries. - Learn how to procure high-quality produce by liaising with farmers and suppliers; handle price negotiations and contracts. - Learn how to build and maintain strong client relationships; manage key accounts and resolve operational challenges. - Learn to identify new opportunities and supporting business expansion initiatives. - Prepare and maintain regular reports on procurement and material supplied to our

Requirements

Requirements What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (preferably currently in 4th year of their degree) or any recent B.sc. Ag. (Hons.) graduates. -
Region preference: Good communication knowledge and management skills. - Fluency in Hindi, English, Punjabi (will be prioritised).
Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as required.
