CyberArk PAM Engineer – Required Qualifications

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  
• Strong expertise in the installation, configuration, administration, and upgrade of CyberArk components, including:
  
  • Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
    
  • Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
    
  • Central Policy Manager (CPM)
    
  • Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
    
  • Credential Provider (CP)
    
  • Central Credential Provider (CCP)
    
  • Conjur
    
  • Secrets Hub
    
• Experience managing high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), infrastructure patching, upgrades, and network management for CyberArk environments.
  
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, including:
  
  • Credential Vaulting
    
  • Password Management
    
  • Privileged Session Management
    
  • Secret Management
    
  • API Integration and Configuration
    
• Ability to understand customer requirements, including customized integration scenarios, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  
• Hands-on experience configuring Load Balancers for PSM and CCP components.
  
• Good understanding of CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud) architecture, components, and environment setup.
  
• Experience with CyberArk Identity solutions and deployment of advanced modules such as:
  
  • Workforce Password Management (WPM)
    
  • Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
    
  • Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
    
  • Secure Web Sessions (SWS)
    
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience integrating Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and SIEM platforms with CyberArk PAM.
  
• Hands-on experience integrating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt with CyberArk.
  
• Strong working knowledge of LDAP, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise directory services.
  
  
• Experience with enterprise security technologies, including:
  
  • Active Directory (AD)
    
  • DNS
    
  • Microsoft Exchange
    
  • Firewalls
    
  • VPN Gateways
    
  • Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
    
  • Proxy Servers

Mandatory Skill: experience implementing PAM projects (CyberArk) Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and upgrading CyberArk PAM solutions (Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, CPM, PSMP, CP, CCP, Conjur, Secrets Hub etc.).
