Kye Responsibilities

Define Product Vision

• Serve as the voice of the client – Business & Product owner

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives & customer needs

• Define and prioritize product features based on evidence backed PMF (customer feedback, market research, user research/discovery)

• Bring thought leadership through playbooks/frameworks on Product research, lifecycle & implementation

Lead Product Delivery

• Oversee product development from concept to launch

• Own Product health metrics incl velocity, quality & CSAT

• Coordinate with cross-functional implementation teams to ensure quality product

• Define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile development team

• Own & drive KR on Product adoption, % core workflows by users and acceptance of AI recommendations

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Product Management

• 6+ years experience in Product management, collaborating with product owner, data & tech to define, deliver & maintain product

• Technical fluency is a must – understanding of system constraints will be critical

• Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies

Core RGM

• Good understanding of RGM layers (Pricing, PPA, Mix, Promotions, Trade terms) incl. strong application of it with product mindset

Problem Solving

• Creative thinker, Strategic thinking, able to synthesize and structure, Analytical and problem-solving skills

Communication

• Strong liaison with Business & product owner with ability to communicate & align with executives/LT on product vision

• Strong communication & cross functional stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex product information into actionable instructions for the implementation team

Data & Analytics

• Experience with Data & Analytics and associated tools & platforms, preferably in RGM

• Able to identify opportunities using Digital Products to create business value
