Profile: Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

Handle SIM activation/renewals and troubleshoot IoT devices
Manage customer queries via inbound calls and provide remote technical support
Maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions
Collaborate with hardware/software teams to resolve issues
Conduct device testing and ensure proper documentation
Provide timely solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
Assist in inventory management of VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) devices

Required Skill Set:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals
Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C UART RS485)
Hands-on experience/ knowledge on microcontrollers (AVR ESP32 STM32) is a plus
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Knowledge in hardware device troubleshooting and diagnostics
Keen to learn on device-level testing and hardware repair support
Keen to learn on inventory management and tracking of technical hardware especially VTS
