IMGC - Area Director - Sales

Job Description :

- Own commercial budgets and drive wallet share growth for the flow business for a large geography across multiple lender partners, through a multi-layered sales team.

- Work with existing lender partners to deepen engagement, grow wallet share, address challenges, and identify new opportunities to strengthen collaboration.

- Drive strong product awareness and adoption across lender sales teams and their respective channel partners.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders - Operations, Risk, IT, and Finance to resolve operational challenges, close service gaps, and reduce friction.

- Collaborate with product, data science, and support teams to deliver customized, data-driven insights to lender partners.

- Partner with marketing to create co-branded and localized collateral that boosts visibility and drives campaigns.

- Drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of a high-performing growth focused team.

- Ensuring discipline and process compliance across teams in the geography.

Ideal Profile:

- 12+ years of functional sales and business experience (mortgage, insurance channel, product etc.)
