| Duties and Responsibilities | for acquisition of BFLs CD dealers and deepening the relationship for the following products Flexi LAP Term Loans Working Capital Lines Loans Home Loan Flexi Loans The RSMs will cover the following locations: North : Delhi NCR Chandigarh Ludhiana Jaipur Calcutta for delivery of annual operating plan across the following metrics: book size credit quality (i.e. Delinquencies & Cost of Credit) Spreads Sell annual account plans for CD Dealers monitoring tracking and closing exceptions deferrals and deviations. management and taking steps for early recovery from overdue customers. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Finance with 5-6 years of relevant lending experience (SME / Commercial Bank) in Banks / NBFCs. have a strong entrepreneurial competency have good communication and inter personal skills with an ability to work in multi-tasking environment experience in Commercial Lending segments will be an added advantage be able to work well in flat non-hierarchical teams independently level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and result orientation orientation and problem solving approach. be able to work under pressure and possess multi tasking abilities |
