Key Responsibilities

✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & distribution targets.

✔ Manage distributors and strengthen channel relationships.

✔ Drive market expansion and increase product availability.

✔ Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.

✔ Ensure product listings, visibility, and optimal shelf placement.

Skills Required:

• 5–8 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade)
• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Strong distributor management, market expansion, and negotiation skills
• Team Handling Exp-1-2 yrs
• Target-driven with excellent execution capabilities
