Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing team in generating leads and enquiries from potential clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect information in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required.
  • Prepare basic sales reports, marketing updates, and MIS for management review.
  • Support promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Assist in preparation of quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales targets.
