• Assist in IVF procedures, including oocyte retrieval, insemination, and embryo culture.
• Analyze and interpret biological samples with high accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records and ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and manage laboratory equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with clinicians and laboratory staff to improve success rates and patient outcomes.
