Job description
Design and deliver analytics solutions using Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to support HR and talent acquisition functions. Extract transform and analyze HR data (workforce recruitment performance) to generate actionable insights and dashboards.
Build reports and visualizations using tools like Oracle BI / OTBI / BI Publisher to track hiring metrics workforce trends and KPIs. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models reports and analytics use cases. Ensure data quality governance and compliance across HR datasets and reporting systems. Support integration of Oracle HCM/ORC with other enterprise systems for end-to-end analytics.
