Acting as a trusted advisor to prospective international students, you will provide accurate guidance throughout the student journey—from initial enquiry through application, offer acceptance, pre-CAS compliance, and enrolment. Working within university-specific processes and service standards, you will engage with prospective students through telephone, email, WhatsApp, live chat, and other digital communication channels. You will manage a high volume of enquiries, nurture applicants through structured conversion journeys, and deliver an outstanding student experience at every stage. This role is ideal for a highly organised, customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for international education. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment & Student Advisory * Advise prospective international students on UK university programmes, admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and career pathways. * Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, CRM platforms, and other digital communication channels. * Build strong relationships with applicants through personalised guidance and proactive follow-up. * Support recruitment campaigns and maximise application, offer acceptance, and enrolment conversion rates. Admissions & Application Support * Guide applicants throughout the admissions journey, including: * Application submission * Document collection and verification * Offer acceptance * Deposit guidance * Pre-CAS documentation * Visa preparation support (within approved university guidelines) * Ensure applications are accurate, complete, and compliant with university requirements before submission. * Coordinate with university admissions teams to resolve application queries promptly. CRM & Data Management * Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records within CRM and student management systems. * Record all communications and application progress in accordance with quality standards. * Execute structured follow-up activities to maximise student engagement and conversion. Performance & Reporting * Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including enquiry response times, application volumes, conversion rates, student satisfaction, and compliance standards. * Monitor recruitment pipelines and identify opportunities to improve applicant progression. * Support reporting and contribute insights that enhance recruitment performance and operational efficiency. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement * Work closely with admissions, compliance, marketing, and recruitment teams to deliver a seamless student experience. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK higher education, university admissions criteria, UKVI regulations, and market trends. * Participate in ongoing training, quality assurance initiatives, and process improvement activities. ⸻ Essential Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred). * 1–3 years of experience in international student recruitment, university admissions, education consultancy, or a customer advisory role. * Strong understanding of UK higher education admissions and the international student recruitment process. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong telephone communication and customer engagement skills. * Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and service excellence.
