If you have the ability to inspire students, enhance their communication skills, and prepare them for successful careers, we'd love to hear from you. - Position: Assistant Professor – English & Grooming - Location: Newtown, Kolkata - Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on qualifications, teaching ability, and interview performance.) Key Responsibilities - Teach Communicative English, Business Communication, Professional Communication, Soft Skills, Personality Development, and Corporate Grooming to Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. - Conduct sessions on Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, Business Etiquette, Interview Skills, Group Discussions, Resume Building, and Workplace Communication. - Prepare students for internships, placements, and higher education through structured employability training. - Mentor students and contribute to their overall personality and professional development. - Develop innovative teaching methodologies, lesson plans, and assessment strategies. - Participate in curriculum development, academic administration, student mentoring, and institutional activities. - Organise workshops, seminars, and industry interaction programmes. Eligibility - Master's Degree in English with an excellent academic record. - 2–5 years of teaching or corporate training experience. Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. - Outstanding spoken and written English with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. - Experience in placement training, soft skills, personality development, or corporate communication will be an added advantage.
