Learner Success Associate

We’re looking for a passionate and learner-focused Learner Success Associate who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences and making an impact from day one. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with people, solving problems, and building strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with learners and internal teams to ensure a smooth learning journey, drive engagement, and improve overall learning outcomes, while gaining exposure to program operations and stakeholder management.

Compensation: ₹3.6 - 5LPA

Who Can Apply: 0- 2 years

Background: B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA or any Science / Management degree

Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru (on-site).

What You’ll Do;

• Onboard new learners, explain program structure, and drive engagement throughout their journey
• Act as the primary point of contact, conducting regular check-ins and resolving learner queries proactively
• Engage with learners via calls, emails, and virtual sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups and high satisfaction
• Track learner progress, attendance, and completion while maintaining accurate data in Google Sheets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and learner experience
• Contribute to engagement initiatives and suggest improvements to enhance learner outcomes

What We’re Looking For;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good working
• knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to build relationships.
• Positive, learner-first mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-paced environment, with a passion for learner satisfaction and continuous improvement.
