Sales Engineer

Job Title: Sales Engineer – CAD/CAM/CAE Solutions Location: Nashik/ Nagpur Educational Qualification Must Have: - BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or related Engineering. Preferred: - MBA in Marketing/Sales. Experience - 1–2 years of B2B sales experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software or engineering solutions. Required Skills - Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing workflows. - Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools. - Knowledge of MIDC/manufacturing industries and territory sales. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. Preferred Skills - Knowledge of Siemens solutions (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge). - Exposure to Dassault Systèmes, PTC, or Ansys products. Roles & Responsibilities - Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory. - Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE solutions. - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Collaborate with technical and post-sales teams for successful project delivery. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and achieve sales targets.
