Senior SCM/Fusion Functional Consultant

Senior SCM (Supply Chain Management) Oracle Fusion Functional Consultants (2 Openings).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.

- Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems and Oracle Cloud SCM.

- Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business blueprints.

- Design custom solutions, integrations, and data migration strategies.

- Prepare functional design documents (FDD) for conversions and reports.

- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Provide post-implementation hypercare and end-user training.

Key Skills & Experience Required :

- Experience : Minimum 5 - 8 years in Oracle SCM.

- Cloud Experience : Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.

- Core Modules : Expert knowledge in Procurement Contracts and Supplier Lifecycle Management.

- Sourcing & Purchasing : Hands-on configuration of Sourcing and Purchasing modules.

- Operations : Strong expertise in Inventory, Cost and Order Management.

- Functional Skill : Technical deep understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.

- Technical Skill : Proficiency in Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and BPM workflow configuration.

- Experience with FBDI templates and ADFDi for data uploads.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex functional issues.

- Excellent written and oral communication, client interaction and Project Management skills.
