We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Device Lifecycle Engineer to provide Level 3 support for our enterprise Windows and macOS environments, ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant endpoint operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in endpoint management, troubleshooting, and device lifecycle activities, with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 3 support for Windows and macOS endpoint-related incidents escalated from Level 2 teams

- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and device performance issues across Windows and macOS environments

- Support OS deployment, imaging, reimaging, upgrades, and lifecycle refresh activities

- Deploy, validate, and troubleshoot OS and application patches

- Support endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot

- Investigate endpoint compliance, configuration, and policy deployment issues

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and recommend permanent fixes

- Support ServiceNow incident, change, and problem management processes

- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Collaborate with Level 2 support teams, infrastructure teams, and security teams to resolve cross-functional issues

- Ensure endpoint environments remain secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards
