The Solar Fitter will work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality installations that meet technical specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops according to design specifications
  
• Secure mounting structures, solar panels, and electrical components with precision and safety
  
• Perform wiring, grounding, and connection of solar arrays in compliance with electrical codes and standards
  
• Conduct site inspections and prepare work areas for installation
  
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a safe and organized condition
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in solar rooftop installation or related field
