Support Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Support Coordinator to act as the communication bridge between customers and the support team. The role involves handling customer calls and emails, managing support tickets in CRM, coordinating with support engineers, maintaining reports, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer calls and respond to support emails professionally
• Create, assign, and update support tickets in CRM
• Coordinate daily activities of support engineers
• Track ticket status and escalations
• Maintain customer communication records
• Prepare daily and weekly support reports
• Monitor response and resolution timelines
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers
• Maintain service quality and process adherence

• Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM

• Ability to multitask

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline
• 0-1 year experience
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
