Visual Designer

we are looking for a talented Visual Designer to conceptualize and design compelling campaigns across both print and digital media. This role plays a critical part in bringing creative concepts to life, aligning with our marketing strategies and brand vision.

This role contributes directly to elevating our clients' brand presence while supporting the Art Director in managing design quality and mentoring junior creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• To generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter
• To produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• To understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• To take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
• To manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers
• To present completed ideas to clients / Senior team members
• To stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
• To get the monthly plan of execution for approval and make sure that it is executed best for the client.
• To lead the creative execution of campaigns and brand identities, translating strategic ideas into high-impact visual designs.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Creative ideation: Generate strong visual concepts in collaboration with copywriters and Art Director.Client-centric execution: Understand client briefs, marketing goals, and audience insights to deliver aligned visual solutions.
• Quality assurance: Ensure design excellence across all creative output, from concept through to final execution, within defined timelines.

Functional & Technical Requirements:

• Hands on experience with logo design, typography, colour, web layout design, print production, image selection
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Knowledge of visual communications and letterforms including art materials, drawing, and fabrication techniques
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioIncorporate feedbacks
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant education or training (3-5 years of communication design with minimum 2 years of experience is preferred.)
