The Impact You'll Drive Client Leadership & Business Growth Lead strategic media partnerships for key client accounts, driving business growth and long-term relationships. Partner with CXOs and senior marketing leaders to solve business challenges through integrated media solutions. Identify opportunities for client retention, account growth, cross-selling, and new business. Act as a trusted advisor, bringing proactive recommendations backed by data, insights, and market trends. Integrated Media Strategy Develop end-to-end media strategies across paid, owned, and earned ecosystems. Build full-funnel media plans that balance brand building with performance objectives. Champion digital-first thinking across Performance, Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Commerce, Retail Media, and emerging platforms. Leverage AI, automation, analytics, and audience intelligence to unlock smarter media outcomes. Business Performance & Commercial Excellence Connect media investments to measurable business outcomes, including growth, acquisition, market share, and ROI. Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies using data and market insights. Ensure commercial discipline, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction across all engagements. Leadership & Capability Building Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing media strategy team. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Build future leaders through mentoring, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Partnerships & Operational Excellence Build strong partnerships with media owners, technology platforms, publishers, and strategic partners. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify innovative opportunities for clients. Ensure seamless execution, governance, reporting, and continuous optimisation across campaigns. The Skills That Seal the Deal 10+ years of experience in media strategy, planning, or integrated communications within a media or integrated advertising agency. Expertise across digital media, Performance Marketing, Programmatic, Search, Social, Video, Commerce Media, and Analytics. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect media investments to business outcomes. Proven experience managing enterprise clients and influencing CXO-level stakeholders. Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams. Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging AI, automation, and technology to drive innovation. Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
