Key Responsibilities :
Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture :- Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Own infrastructure architecture with high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Drive infrastructure standardization and automation.
CI/CD & Developer Productivity :- Build and maintain fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines.
- Enable safe deployments through automation, rollbacks, and environment isolation.
- Reduce friction for developers through tooling and self-service workflows.
Reliability & Observability :- Implement and evolve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Define SLOs/SLIs and improve system reliability.
- Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code :- Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code.
- Eliminate manual operational tasks through scripting and tooling.
- Maintain versioned, reviewable, and auditable infrastructure changes.
Security & Compliance :- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Manage secrets, access control, and environment isolation.
- Partner with engineering and security teams on compliance requirements.
Collaboration & Leadership :- Work closely with backend and frontend teams to improve runtime and deployment reliability.
- Mentor engineers on operational best practices.
- Influence platform and reliability standards across teams.
Requirements :Experience :- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience operating production systems at scale.
Cloud & Infrastructure :- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar).
CI/CD & Automation :- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
Observability & Reliability :- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
- Understanding of distributed systems, failure modes, and reliability trade-offs.
Infrastructure as Code :- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.
- Strong Git-based workflows for infrastructure changes.
Mindset & Communication :- Strong ownership and bias for automation.
- Ability to debug complex production issues calmly and systematically.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
